If your order qualified for free delivery, we will deduct the standard $7.50 delivery from your refund amount. All Goods returned will be at the expense of the customer, however if the product is faulty we will be happy to refund or credit the cost of freight.

Customer satisfaction is a priority for us. If you’re not 100% satisfied with the product you’ve purchased or the sizing is wrong then please contact us. Please make sure that the product has not been used with tags intact and all the packaging is returned with the product within 180 days of purchase.
All returned items must be unused, unwashed and in perfect condition for resale. We cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind and the product has been used.
Please note that electronic goods are only accepted up to 30 days from purchase date. Please send the product back to us and we’ll either give you a full refund or an immediate replacement.
Delivery costs are not refunded, if your order qualified for free delivery, we will deduct the standard $7.50 delivery from your refund amount.

For New Zealand orders we use Fastway Couriers for delivery.
North Island deliveries taking 1-3 days
South Island deliveries taking 2-4 days
However allow 1-2 extra day for rural deliveries and public Holidays.
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours unless ordered over the weekend, in which case they will be dispatched the following Monday. Orders received before 1:00pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day.
International shipping For Australia shipping we use NZ Post International Courier service and DHL Express, delivery for this service is 2-6 working days and for the rest of the world we use NZ Air Mail service which takes 6-12 working days after the order is placed.
For New Zealand shipping, we offer FREE nationwide delivery on all orders over $100, no matter what size/weight of your purchase and for orders $100 or less we charged at a flat rate of $7.50 per order.
